Bullion are looking for an eager up-and-coming producer to join us in-house to work on a variety of branded content, music video and post production projects. Initially this is role is for a 12 month fixed term and would oversee a football-related series of content throughout the year. This would also expand into other projects that come into the business such as music videos, branded content and other projects. This an office-based position in our offices in Old Street/Angel.As a key member of Bullion Production Team, the Producer must ensure that all assigned video and post production content runs smoothly, is legal, compliant and safe, meets deadlines and contractual obligations, stays to brief, within budget and maintains Bullion's high creative standards.You will assist the team to creatively problem solve where brief is not in-line with budgetary restraints. And, on occasion, you will write budgets for new pitches, always meeting Bullion's gross margin targets.In addition, as the Bullion in-house producer you will need to start the setup of a shoot or oversee the edits or wrap jobs of jobs that you were not the full-time producer of.Ideal candidates will have:2 years minimum experience of producing branded content and music videosA track record of being able to budget, pitch and win projects seeing them through production to post and wrap. Always keeping to budget and hitting minimum margins.A can-do and eager attitude. Able to think outside the box, problem solve and push projects to the next levelHave completed the APA course or have proven experience of budgeting to APA standards and termsA good understanding of the post-production process and able to post-produceA multitasker, efficient time planner able to juggle multiple things at once.Understanding of Health and Safety protocols and able to create risk assessmentsAn interest in Sports and specifically football (not essential, but there will be a lot of football related content being produced)Excellent English language and written skillsOther Roles and Responsibilities:You will be expected demand the highest standard in everything we produce.Promote and ensure Bullion keeps to the highest B-Corp standards and always promote best practice in every aspect of the working environment .To be an ambassador for the business at all times.To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to timeCelebrate and encourage diversity and inclusion in every aspect of the work we doTo be available to travel when necessary for shoots/projects and to be available, where necessary to productions, to be available outside of office hours and during holidays.A network of industry contacts to help crew up for productionsYou may be asked to cover other production roles, when a staff member is sick or on holiday.A good understanding of Apple/Mac software, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative SuiteApply with a cover letter and CV
