We are currently seeking a freelance Production Co-ordinator for a part-time post (3 days per week) within our busy Entertainment department in our London broadcast centre. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the department and other key areas will include:- work with producers to manage production / post-production schedules and budgets- act as point of contact with other departments, ie. Finance, Scheduling, Promos, Web etc, and manage related paperwork- co-ordinate large biweekly location shoot for film show- arrange freelancers and crews including travel and logistics for location shoots- music cue sheets and PasC forms and clip / music clearance Essential/Desirable skills and experience:- proven experience in a similar coordination role within the industry- excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills - strong numeracy skills- ability to act on initiative and manage own workload- good technical knowledge- experience coordinating overseas location shoots would be preferredIf you would like to apply for this position, please submit your CV and Covering letter by Friday, 27th October 2006.
