Film & TV Executive Producer

LS Productions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Film & TV Executive Producer to lead and grow our Film & TV division across the UK and internationally.

This is a senior leadership role, with responsibility for driving business development, shaping creative strategy and overseeing all aspects of the production process, from concept to completion, ensuring creative excellence, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

A key focus of the position is sales. The Executive Producer will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, securing new and repeat business. Working alongside our Business Development team to foster relationships with clients, talent, investors and key stakeholders. A core aspect of this role is shaping the creative vision and strategy of the Film and TV offering, as well as leading the department. The Executive Producer will collaborate closely with directors, clients, producers, writers, and other creatives to shape the overall vision of each project, while maintaining a keen eye on financial viability and market trends.

This role requires exceptional communication, commercial and leadership skills. The Executive Producer will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, investors, talent and crew, and will foster a positive, collaborative environment that champions creativity and innovation.

They will play a critical role in the success of our productions, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and connects with audiences. Representing LS Productions at industry events, they will build and strengthen relationships with key partners and collaborators.

As the head of the Film & TV department, the Executive Producer will be responsible for the hiring, leadership, and management of all production staff, both employed and freelance, across the department's slate of projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Nurture, maintain and introduce new clients to LS.
Develop and implement creative strategies for Film & TV projects.
Oversee all aspects of the production process, from pre-production to post-production.
Collaborate with creatives to shape the vision and direction of each project.
Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Oversee the hiring and management of the production crew.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations.
Resolve production challenges and make critical decisions.
Represent LS Productions at industry events and build relationships with key partners.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and audience preferences.
Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
