Facilities Secretary - REF: FSECHCLONA proactive and organised team player that will confidently and efficiently work in our office, liaise with clients and work to tight deadlines.The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone manner, be able to multi_task and work well under pressure.Duties will include:Answering the switchboard, and acting as first point of contact for clientsLook after Company shared calendar and jobs boardCo_ordinate and reference transport deliveries, and ensure the correct recharges are made to clientsExcellent administration and computer literacy skills, including excel spreadsheets, and learning our in house bookings systemUpdate contacts on bookings system and update clients where necessaryLiaise with Facility Coordinator to arrange crew transport and travelAssist Managers to raise Purchase Orders to suppliersOrder stationeryCall crew to distribute call times and call sheetsFull clean driving licence required.Salary: Based on experienceApplications: Before 18 March 2011
