Twenty Twenty and Wall to Wall are looking for Production Secretaries to join two separate projects. One of the roles will require post experience.

For the post role, successful candidates will support the Post-Production Coordinator and Production Manager with managing schedules, tracking edits, and handling delivery paperwork. Tasks also include general Production Secretary administration, completing music cue sheets, post logs, and compliance documentation, as well as liaising between edit suites, producers, and the production management team to ensure a smooth post-production workflow.

Applicants should ideally have at least one post-production credit on a Fact Ent Channel 4 broadcast programme and be confident with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel), as well as Silver and Soundmouse. The post role runs from mid-May to October '25 and the general Production Secretary role from end of June- April '26

Our offices are based in central Bristol and both roles will operate a hybrid model.
