This is a senior creative leadership role with real agency, working closely with me as Artistic Director/CEO and with SICK!'s Executive Director, supported by our Creative, Community and Administrative Producing team.The Executive Producer will drive a dynamic, year-round programme across festivals, creative health and international co-creation, shaping both artistic ambition and organisational growth.The role offers the opportunity to strengthen and expand strategic partnerships, champion SICK!'s ethical and values-led approach, and help lead the organisation into its next chapter as we grow our national and international profile.Contract: 2-year fixed term with opportunity for extension subject to confirmed fundingHours: 37.5 hours per week full-time. Due to the nature of the role evenings and weekend work and UK and international travel will be required, SICK! operates a TOIL policy.Annual Leave: 25 days per year (plus bank holidays)Pension: Employer contribution 3%Probation period: 6 monthsLocation: The Sharp Project, Thorp Road, Manchester, M40 5BJ.
