Executive Producer

Optomen, in partnership with Amazon Prime Video, is offering a career development opportunity for emerging talent to step up to an Executive Producer role.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving diversity and inclusion in senior creative roles, we particularly encourage applications from individuals who are:
• From ethnically diverse backgrounds
• Deaf, disabled, or neurodivergent

Equality Act 2010, designed to support greater representation in senior creative roles. Applications are welcome from everyone, and selection will be based on skills and experience.

The chosen candidate will work on a variety of productions and funded developments at different stages from idea to delivery across our slate of unscripted programming. Responsibilities will include developing ideas, overseeing editorial and edit when needed, recruitment, team management, working with Production Executives to manage budgets, compliance and legals and being a point of contact with commissioning editors.

This role is suitable for either a Junior Exec, experienced Series Producer or Series Editor ready to step up or someone who is returning to the workplace after a break, or transitioning from another unscripted genre.

As part of the scheme you will be able to access training, coaching and a mentor to support your on the job learning. The role will be supported by our in house Head of Factual Entertainment and Joint CEOs.
