Executive Producer

You will be responsible for the hands-on management and delivery of industry-leading commercial branded video content across all of Global's media portfolio. Leading a team of Junior Producers and Video Editors, you will oversee the production of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Video to execute the strategic vision, achieve commercial & client goals and align with our brands' Editorial video output.

Responsibilities of the role
Oversee the hands-on production of high-quality commercial video content.
Manage and mentor a team of Junior Producers and Video Editors, providing guidance and support.
Ensure the smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Video and other stakeholders to align production with strategic goals.
Maintain high standards of video production, ensuring all content is engaging, meets brand values and client expectations.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video ideas and strategies for commercial success.
Efficiently manage resources, including budget, time, and team resource allocation.
Provide creative input and solutions to enhance video projects and address production challenges.
What you will need
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Extensive experience in all aspects of video production, with a strong portfolio of previous commercial projects.
A proven track record in effective management of a creative video team.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with other Adobe Suite apps such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is advantageous.
Whilst this role will not be a hands-on editing role, previous experience is essential in order to be able to effectively brief editors and Producers.
Strong leadership skills, with previous experience managing a team of producers.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
A solid understanding of the social media landscape and the ability to tailor content for different platforms.
Be able to optimise content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to inform strategic approach.
A proactive attitude, professionalism and to be always be approachable and supportive to your team, colleagues and external partners.
