Your role in the Team's Success

The Exec Producer will play a key role in leading the production process of various financial content, including a live show, podcasts and social-first content for YouTube and other social media platforms. You will work closely with presenters and directors to ensure that all aspects of the production run smoothly and efficiently, and to drive awareness and engagement through our distribution channels.

What you'll do

Pre-Production for live show and podcasts: Setting up the running order of our flagship three-hour daily live show, and podcasts: creating visuals elements, writing short scripts and coordinating guest bookings.
Production for live show and podcasts: Support the team during the live show and podcasts, ensuring that all necessary elements and information are available and organised. Create social-first cutdowns in real time to be distributed by our social media team.
Post-Production for live show and podcasts: Manage the editing process, coordinate with post-production staff. Ensure cutdowns are distributed on social channels to drive awareness and engagement.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the production process.
Problem Solving: Be proactive in identifying and solving issues that arise during production.
What you'll need for this role

3+ years' experience in television production or a related field is preferred
Interest in and passion for trading and investing
Knowledge of industry-standard camera and audio equipment
Experience creating, or knowledge of, content that drives awareness and engagement on social media, predominantly YouTube
Experience creating, or knowledge of, podcast production
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with video editing, graphics and animation software (Adobe Creative Suite).
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in television production
