NBCUniversal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing creative campaigns across multiple territories, contributing to the success of our global initiatives. As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from inception to completion. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, production, and international teams to coordinate and execute creative campaigns. Ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. * Manage all post-production sessions, according to the production schedule across the allocated feed for new promos, reversions and presentation items. * Track project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks or delays and proactively addressing them. Collaborate with relevant teams to make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. * Ensure that bookings are correctly entered into relevant software, according to the production schedule. * Ensure that facilities staff receive all relevant material and that any changes to schedules are communicated. * In conjunction with the Senior Creative Production Manager, devise and adhere to forward planning documents relating to production cycle of the allocated feeds. * Liaise with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all key departments are kept informed of production activity. * Attend various relevant Campaign planning and Production planning meetings, ensuring that information is accurately communicated and managed through post production. * In conjunction with the Senior Creative Project Manager, schedule creative edits, ensuring all relevant content is ordered and ingested, bookings are accurate and that edits run to time allocated. * Oversee all audio sessions relating to the feeds, booking voiceovers artists and attending sessions. * Manage the localisation process including liaising with external agencies and relevant stakeholders. * QC of files and oversee of all file delivery for promos and supporting documentation is checked, attached and delivered. * Managing a small budget & raising Purchase orders & reporting back to SCPM and Creative Director for reconciliation. * Working on Ad Hoc special projects.QualificationsBasic Requirements: * Proven knowledge and experience gained in a broadcast promotions environment. * Experience with language coordination and language versioning. * Highly organised & keen problem solver. * A keen interest in the understanding of the on-air production cycle and a willingness to learn. * Quick learner * Flexible work approach, with great communication skills. * Accuracy with great attention to detail. * Remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects. * Excellent administration and organisational skills. * Some budgetary experience beneficial, but not absolutely necessary as training will be provided. * Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere is desired but not essential.
