Project Manager

London

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Plan and lead complex projects across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with teams across Hayu, Networks & DTC.
Ensure management of scope is clearly defined in collaboration with relevant project stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, project risks and issues, escalating any threats or opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Able to identify and work with Management on prioritization of critical project outcomes.
Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to communicate scope or milestone changes clearly to ensure buy in throughout the organisation; stakeholder teams include Development, Tech Ops, Programming, Creative, Commercial, Marketing & Legal.
Liaise with external stakeholders and other affiliates.
Ensure any change initiatives are implemented and integrated into the overall project plan as necessary.
Ensure that project planning covers all stages of the project lifecycle in collaboration with other departments.
Define and implement project governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities that ensure project reports are produced in a timely manner to all level of stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
Be passionate about delivering projects on time and to budget.
Provide a single, transparent view, of progress, risks, issues and constraints.
Experience working across a broad range of territories with a variety of stakeholders.
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

Project Management experience with a background in a TV Channel or DTC organisation.
Outstanding communication, influencing and relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate across time-zone and cultures.
A deep understanding of project /programme management challenges and methodologies, particularly when applied to agile environments.
A broad knowledge of product and commercial priorities.
Autonomous and responsible for delivering agreed tasks.
Can think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues.
The ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and within a prescribed budget.s
