This is an exciting and varied role that will work across all channels and brands in a fast paced and busy Creative Team. The role will suit someone who is able to bring with them their experience but is keen to learn and develop their skills as well as to contribute to the wider creative team. The role will become an integral part of the creative team, being involved in many aspects of the creative output that supports the linear channels & wider services. The role will need experience, energy & fresh thinking and to contribute with ideas and concepts that capture & answer the project brief in an inspirational way. This position reports into the Head of Creative and works closely with the Senior Creative Producers as well as the wider creative team.WHAT YOU WILL DOProduce engaging creative content across multiple platforms for the suite of Kids, Movies & Entertainment channels. Conceptualise and develop vibrant on air promos & trailers that strike a chord with their target audience. Manage these projects end-to-end, from grasping the brief to QC'ing & delivering the final creative.Work on owned projects as well as collaborating with & directing third-party vendors Deal with further requests as part of the Creative Center, which may include social media creative, interstitial content & marketing requests such as sales reels. Craft excellent creative that delivers the right message, on time, on brand WHAT YOU WILL BRING2-4 years' experience in television, studio and/or creative agencyExperience producing TV promos and/or short form creative videoHands on Experience in TV branding and graphics packagesProficient in the Adobe Suite. In particular Premiere, After Effects, Encoder, PhotoshopExperience with project & media asset management systems Excellent copywriting and communication skillsAbility to input into creative discussionKnowledge of OFCOM compliance rules and regulations Collaborative team playerAbility to work under time pressure whilst maintaining extremely high standardsAbility to multi-task a varied workload and maintain a proactive approach. Ability to work effectively with all departments Knowledge of digital and social landscapesExcellent attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders - internal and externalA driven, positive and confident attitude with the ability to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a teamBe highly organised, adept at multi-tasking and flexible with daily or ad-hoc duties.Ability to effectively manage your time and work across multiple campaigns and projects.Good communication is essential so you will be a confident and clear communicatorSome knowledge of the kids, movies & entertainment channels/brands
