We are looking for a full-time producer to join our team! Amity Studio is a social-first video production company that produces content from branded commercial shorts, to red carpet event coverage to mid-form branded entertainment series for YouTube, to general short-form entertainment videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Some of our clients include companies such as BAFTA, McLaren, Saucony, Tinder, Sidemen and Netflix.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee video production from pre-production to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
• Set up and manage shoots, coordinating logistics, locations, crews, and equipment.
• Produce international projects, handling time zones, cultural nuances, and remote teams.
• Act as a client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
• Develop pitch decks and proposals, working closely with creative teams to present compelling concepts.
• Manage budgeting and cost control, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
• Handle scheduling and timelines, keeping all stakeholders aligned and projects on track.
• Work closely with editors, directors, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure all content meets Amity's creative and technical standards.

About You:
• 8+ years of experience in video production and shoot coordination.
• Comfortable managing projects domestically and internationally.
• Confident working with clients, leading discussions, and managing expectations.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
Bonus: background in tv & commercial, but with a keen interest in social media. Understanding the growing social media industry is a must.
