Based in London, NBCUniversal International Studios' production labels include: Carnival Film & TV (Downton Abbey), Monkey Kingdom Ltd (Made in Chelsea), Australian-based Matchbox Pictures (Stateless) and its own in-house production department Universal Media Studios International (Hanna). JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Central Production Manager & Production Executives for NBCUniversal International Studios, the Central Production Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a group of award-winning, internationally acclaimed production companies.
This role supports the day to day running of the production slate of scripted and non- scripted production for International Studios and oversees the pipeline of production from greenlight to the acceptance of international delivery.

Advising on production and post-production matters which arise throughout development/prep/shoot/wrap including, but not limited to the following:
• Organising production start-up meetings and production packs
• Assisting in crewing up key HODs, availability checks and contracts
• Set up freelance production staff and crew on all production training tools and track completion
• Assisting the Production Executive and NBCU Production Safety team to ensure all studios productions are set up on the NBCU EHS Production Safety programme
• Manage production on NBCU content security and asset management tools such as media viewing platforms and production paperwork distribution and storage systems
• Help manage Production Sustainability programmes
• Providing post production paperwork support and overseeing delivery to broadcasters and distributors
• Advising on production clearance issues
• Coordinate music licenses and payments
• Overseeing delivery to broadcasters and distributors
• Assisting NBCU Communications team with production publicity and screenings.
• Completing schedule of residuals and post production paperwork.
• Managing the storage of assets - masters, paperwork, props etc
• Miscellaneous projects

Basic Qualifications;
• UK Television Drama production experience at a Production Coordinator level
• Good knowledge of the full production process, from development right through to delivery
• On set autonomous problem-solving ability having worked on location, with crews and production teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize workload
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relations with a wide range of contacts
• Ability to use own initiative with confidence, using judgment to escalate where necessary
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
