Our multi award-winning YouTube channel The Overlap is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Manchester on a fixed term basis to provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the Production Management team.

Reporting into the Production Manager, this would be a great position for someone who is a strong communicator, adaptable and has excellent attention to detail.

What you'll be doing...

Supporting the team with general administrative duties in the office.
Providing key production assistance and co-ordination support across a range of productions.
Assisting the Production Manager with creating call sheets and risk assessments ensuring health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post-production work.
Being the main point of contact for internal and external clients and making travel and logistics arrangements.
Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties on studio days.
Assisting in cost tracking and reconciling in conjunction with the Production Manager.

This role may also require late starts/finishes and weekend/bank holiday working where necessary as well as travelling to shoot/outside broadcast location.

Requirements
Who you are...

You're based in the Manchester area.
You're proactive, can think on your feet and are able to juggle a few things at once.
You're the sort of person who loves to keep things organised and enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently.
If you don't have previous experience, you'll need a desire to learn all about production and postproduction workflows and understand all the necessary paperwork that is required.
It would be amazing if you are already first aid trained but this isn't mandatory as we will provide this training for you if required.
If you are aware of Albert and Sustainability, then that's definitely an added bonus!
