We are a sex-positive men's lifestyle brand founded by adult star Harriet Sugarcookie.

The site started as Harriet's personal blog and a place to publish her adult content. From there it developed very naturally into a lifestyle magazine. We're known for providing readers with a fun but thoughtful take on sex and relationship advice, sexual health, grooming, and being a company of geeks, we are providing more and more gaming, sci-fi/fantasy TV and film articles.

In a nutshell we're kind of a mix of Playboy, Den of geek and Buzzfeed.

And that's why we joined ProductionBase. Despite starting in adult video, we don't really have the right skill set. We want to develop quality YouTube and Facebook content that reflects our values.

The way we envision it is that we hire one person to work full time. Someone creative, that can do all the roles to a good standard. From researching topics, writing, planning, organising, shooting and post production.

And from there as we grow our audience, they grow and develop a team.

Right now we're not sure which direction video content will go in. We want to experiment and see what people like. But our suspicion is human interest docs, particularly those on sexual topics will do well. We also have access to famous pornstars which may make it easy to create some fun comedy and lighthearted formats. We are also think gaming videos might be an area with a lot of opportunities for us.

Making promotional material for our site will also be important for this role. We're big fans of Love Magazine's advent calendar and we really want to create something similar.

The ideal candidate will be a talented photographer and editor, super organised, proactive, creative and a little provocative. The role would probably suit someone a little green, someone ambitious that wants to make a name for themselves.

Essential experience: Adobe premiere, colour correcting, motion graphics
