I am a freelance photogrpaher. 

I specialise mainly in Kids fashion/ editorial and commercial. 

I also shoot very high profile weddings a few times a year. 

I am looking ofr an assistant who would be available to work with me on a ad hoc basis. 

I need someone experienced in lighting technic with a very creative eye who can confidently emulate a story board for its lighting. 

All my kit is Elinchrom so I would need someone who knows this brand well. Also someone who could advise me on what I would need to add to that kit list on any given shoot. 

I need someone who knows how to teather into capture One and is an experienced technical assistant who can catalogue the files for me at the end of a shoot. 

I am a very loyal photographer who likes working with a tight team and I am looking to take one person who I can call on as and when jobs come in (which is on average once a month but is getting busier). Once I find the right assistant I will use this assistant for everything. 

I pay £150-£200 for editorial (depending on experience) and £200-300 for comercial per day.
