Shed Media is a leading creator and distributor of television content. The Group produces long-running television brands in drama, factual, documentary, factual entertainment and history. Shed Media owns and fully exploits the rights to its extensive programme library worldwide, through its in-house distribution company, Outright Distribution.

Established in 1998, Shed floated on AIM in March 2005. The Group has grown significantly since floatation, both organically and through strategic acquisition. To date, four award-winning, high-quality media companies, Ricochet, Twenty Twenty, Wall to Wall and Outright Distribution have all joined the Group.

In the UK, the Group continues to generate new content for all terrestrial broadcasters and a number of digital channels. In the US, Shed Media is increasing its brand count and broadcast customers. With a well established LA production office and proven track record in successfully producing UK formats for the US market, there is a strong appetite for Shed Media content and a number of new programmes are in production with US networks and cable channels.

To date, the Group has been commissioned to produce in excess of 2,600 hours of programming. Outright Distribution, the Group's wholly owned distribution company, fully exploits the Group's content worldwide. In March 2008, Outright was placed 7th in Broadcast magazine's Top Ten Most Used UK Distributor survey.
