Gallowgate is a wholly independent TV production company owned by television presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. Ed Forsdick is Managing Director.

In addition to co-producing a number of major television series' including the Gallowgate-owned format 'Pokerface' for ITV and 'The All*Star Cup' (also for ITV) the company is presently developing a number of other original projects.
