This role will be 5 days on site in Stockley Park The RoleWe are seeking a creative and strategic Corporate Videography and Content Creator to produce high-impact visual content that elevates our brand, communicates our corporate vision, and engages internal and external audiences. This role blends storytelling, technical production, and brand alignment to deliver compelling video and multimedia assets across platformsVideography & ProductionPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for corporate communications, product launches, executive messaging, events, and social media.Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.Manage all aspects of video production including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production in line with company policy and compliance requirements.Content CreationDevelop multimedia content (videos, reels, animations, graphics as required) aligned with brand guidelines and strategic messaging.Collaborate with Communications & PR team, marketing and leadership teams to create content for internal communications, recruitment, training, internal screens and culture-building where required.Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for digital channels.Strategy & InnovationContribute to content strategy by identifying trends, audience preferences, and innovative formats.Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.Optimise content for various platforms (Internal Comms applications, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, intranet, etc.).Brand & Quality ControlEnsure all content reflects brand tone, visual identity, and messaging consistency.Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling and production quality.The PersonEssential:Proven experience in videography, video editing, and multimedia content creation.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.Strong storytelling skills and creative vision.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content formats.Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Degree (not mandatory):Film ProductionMedia ProductionDigital MediaBroadcasting / JournalismMarketing / CommunicationsCollege / vocational qualifications:BTEC / NVQ in Creative Media or FilmMedia or Photography diplomasThe RewardsIn return, we offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, bonus and pension scheme).
