We're Hiring - Story Producers & Story APs - PAID AUSTRALIA

We're looking for exceptional Story Producers and Story APs with relationship-format experience to join our team from January to March 2027.

Please note that this role is based in Australia - we are hiring LOCALLY BASED CREW only, so you MUST have EXISTING WORK RIGHTS to work in Australia and cover your own travel and accommodation whilst in Sydney for pre-production (approx. 4 weeks). Shoot will be on location (approx. 4-7 weeks) in a regional area (accommodation, travel, per diems to be covered ONLY when on location for the shoot period).

The role:
• Sydney-based during pre-production
• Regional Australia during production, with travel to and from Sydney throughout the shoot

We're after people who can demonstrate strong experience in:
• Outstanding story instincts and story development
• Actively producing compelling stories in the field
• Conducting interviews and vox pops
• Running independent crews with confidence
• Building rapport, identifying authentic emotional moments, and translating those on-screen
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
