The Wild is looking for a Senior Social Content Creator to join our rapidly growing social team at The Wild. We're looking for someone with true social media acumen, who also has experience in developing, creating and overseeing the production of social-first content for brands across a spectrum of social media platforms and formats. You'll work within a social team to produce content that brings social channels to life; aligning brands with current culture and eliciting conversation and interaction across a range of audiences. We're looking for a candidate who has a keen eye for detail and an incredibly high bar for creative output, somebody who has their finger on the pulse with regards to platforms, formats and trends as well as somebody with a proactive approach to content creation.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesIndependently create high-quality social content across a range of platforms and formats - in line with brand guidelines and social platform best practicesIndependently come up with social-first ideas, write scripts and storyboard client assetsLead creatively on high-end social first content ideas that can be executed within the content plans and budget of each account or project, from conception through to deliveryShoot and direct premium social first content on mobile phones and professional level cameras that can be edited for socialWork with the Social Media Management, Client Services, Creative and Strategy teams to understand project scope and objectivesLead on creating distinctive social-first visual styles and identities for each project and clientProduce work that is within the timeline of each project whilst not compromising on qualityStay current with emerging production tools, technology and platform formatsHave your finger on the pulse on what works on social and the different roles of platformsQuality checking final output and delivered filesBackground and ExperienceBackground and experience in producing short-form content for social media specificallyExperience working within the FMCG spaceExperience using social media apps from a creator POV such as Tik Tok, Instagram And YoutubeExperience at a production company, social/digital publisher and/or advertising/marketing agency preferredExperience using Adobe CC, in particular Premiere ProExceptional organisational and planning abilities with great attention to detailYou have experience staying up to date with trends and understand what creatively works best for each platform, whether this is YouTube, Instagram or Tik TokSkills & CompetenciesEditing and post-production skills using Adobe CC (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)Strong Platform knowledge across the different formats on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook and X.Interest in social and the development of different platforms and technologies.Photography editing skillsCamera Operating skills on mobile phones, DSLR video cameras and/or Professional level video cameras (Sony Fx6 or equivalent).Scripting and copywriting skillsExperience ideating new content pieces, and overseeing deliveryExperience presenting and communicating new ideas to clients and the wider teamMeticulous attention to detail.Accuracy; adherence to deadlines, design briefs and brand guidelinesAbility to take on feedback, new ideas and directionStrong communication skills with the confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleaguesCan demonstrate a range of styles and disciplines and are comfortable working across multiple sectors.Ability to translate brands and visual identity into compelling video and animated content.A passion for clever, beautiful design and all aspects of the creative process.Ability to collaborate and work with small and large teams.Are fluent in the English language, with impeccable grammar and punctuation skills.
