Join the Wowcher Design team as a creative Senior Graphic Designer producing high designs across all Wowcher & LivingSocial platforms.
As our Graphic Designer, great initiative and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must. You will be a hard worker and willing to learn new skills, whilst being able to work under pressure producing a high quality of design. You will manage your own workload and have awareness of multiple projects.
Main responsibilities & duties:
Daily digital artwork design for National product deals
Regular deal imagery for the Travel & Local sales team
Design for other areas of the company, such as but not limited to; the Marketing department and website
Assisting in product & experience photography and filming
Helping the team contribute new ideas which can benefit the Design team or Wowcher/LivingSocial as a business
Pivotal in leading the day to day training and required supervision of more junior/new team members
Project leading and designing for larger projects that span multiple departments
Occasionally, being able to lead multiple Designers on larger projects
Understand the brief, and the project concept so that the final assets are cohesive and on brand
Communicate with any stakeholders, at any business level, including Account Managers or Heads of Dept
Team admin and reporting, can be required
Champion of the brand, ensuring that our assets are the best they can be
Technical skills required:
Graphic Design degree, or related preferable, but not essential
5+ years experience within an in-house design department or agency environment
Knowledge of Adobe Suite - specifically; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
Photography or videography skills desirable but not essential
Soft skills required:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent organisational & time management skills
Have self-awareness and be a team player, with the ability to work autonomously
Be able to manage your own workflow and handle multiple projects at one time
Have awareness of the department email requests feature and scheduling
Great work ethic with a positive attitude
Adaptable to change and takes feedback well
