Researcher or Assistant Producer

London /USA

We are seeking an experienced Researcher or Assistant Producer for an exciting new high profile true crime 4x60 documentary series about a gritty historical event for a major U.S broadcaster.

This is principally a people finding role and evidence of finding and retaining contributors for factual is a must.

Experience working on a true crime series or shows of a sensitive nature is essential. This role is a crucial one within the production, so we are seeking very strong candidates who can confidently identify, find and build core relationships with a proven ability for navigating often sensitive and vulnerable contributors and situations.

It is possible candidates may be required on location in the US for a filming block in March 2023. A knowledge of working with archive would be an advantage.

Contract is full time with an immediate start running through until April 2023.

Production office and edit based in London. Filming will take place predominantly in the US.
