We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary for a studio final for an established CBBC music entertainment series.

The studio final will be at Dock 10 studios in Salford on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th June and you will need to be available to travel to Manchester on Thursday 24th June.

The position will run from approximately 1st June to Friday 2nd July, and will be a combination of remote working and days working in the Islington office.

Core Responsibilities:
* Booking hotel and travel for contributors & presenters, crew and the production team.
* Liaising with the main contributors ahead of filming at the studio
* Obtaining release forms for studio guests
* Liaising with the Dock 10 studio coordinator and the studio crew
* A knowledge of covid protocols for production
* Reconciling petty cash and credit card expenses on PMI
* Raising purchase orders on PMI
* Working alongside the Production Coordinator to help with music clearances

Skills and Experience:
* Experience of working in a studio environment on an entertainment show
* PMI experience * raising purchase orders and helping to track spend, and reconciling expenses.
* Familiar with Google operating systems
* Completing post * production paperwork on Silvermouse
