Plimsoll is looking for an experienced Production Manager to work on a new ambitious historical drama documentary series for a global streamer.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on Premium Specialist Factual documentaries with international A-list talent; Their CV will prove they have experience of dealing with talent and their representatives; They will be used to dealing with six-figure filming budgets and adept at getting the most from every budget line.

You will need experience setting up large scale documentary shoots overseas, negotiating and contracting locations and camera crew, knowledge of current health & safety regulations and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You'll need to be free to travel for filming in Europe just after Easter.

We are looking for a friendly, supportive team player, who enjoys budgeting and negotiating with a terrific eye for detail.

We use PMI, so experience is preferred but not essential.

Dates: Initially 6th January until 4th July 2025
