Bigger Bang are looking for a great Production Coordinator.

We are a small independent production company but with a great reputation for science, history , engineering, eco and factual broadcast documentaries. We'd love to bring someone on as soon as possible .

You'd be working across various projects in the company and also as general coordinator. Being small means there is plenty of room to grow, move up, take on many different tasks and expand your knowledge. Past experience with setting up international filming and documentary broadcast paperwork (esp. science and history docs) is essential. Some basic data wrangling and knowledge of camera kit would be ideal . You need to be multitasking, enthusiastic, organised, love a good spreadsheet, enjoy being part of a fast-moving team with lots of different challenges.

We are normally based at W14 Hammersmith/ Kensington offices and are mainly working remotely at the moment .

The job description is varied from shoot basics -call sheets , flights , hotels, kit hire, filming permits, visas and carnets, location finding, rushes logging, couriers and hire cars, risk assessments- to the budget side of thing - floats, expenses , coding invoices and petty cash - the office side of things- office stationary orders , drive databases - and post production - series paperwork for channel (inc silvermouse) , logging archive, basic archive clearance . We usually have a tech assistant to run the kit, data wrangling and camera side of things .

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 coordinator credits, ideally can drive , be based in London and must have experience setting up international shoots.
