Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.What You'll Do:Join Our Audio Production Team!We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Audio Production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our productions running smoothly by providing essential logistical, financial, and administrative support.You'll be at the heart of the action - managing schedules, booking global travel and accommodation, producing call sheets and risk assessments, and coordinating equipment and facilities. You'll also liaise with high-profile clients and talent, cost track across multiple budgets, and help process invoices and purchase orders.This role offers a great opportunity to independently manage smaller productions and gain valuable experience supporting larger, more complex projects. Please note some weekend work and UK travel may be necessary at timesKey Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:Oversee scheduling of freelancers, including talentProduce call sheets and risk assessments for all shoots, including carnets and visas.Plan and book worldwide travel and accommodation for production staff and freelancersBook equipment and facilities for larger audio productionsRaise purchase orders and process invoices for all resources and freelancersCost track across multiple budgetsThe opportunity to independently manage smaller projects and production budgetsLiaise with high profile clients and talent Support Producers and Production Manager on location.You Will Have The Following Strengths:Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of international shootsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Proven organisational skills Knowledge and understanding of production workflowsUnderstanding of different formats of file delivery and storageGood understanding of budget processes and implicationsHas organised national and international travelHas prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producerHas raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs.We'd Love If You Also Have:Experience in a customer-facing role, including supporting crew on locationKnowledge of broadcast finance systems such as SAP and/or Fieldglass (a bonus, not essential)Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookOur Vision - Power the World's Passion for Sport.Our Mission - Be Vital.
