Production Assistant

The Role

Reports into: Senior Producer

As a production assistant you will support the day-to-day delivery of projects and campaigns, from concept through to all stages of delivery. Projects you work across will range from small scale quick turn-around social campaigns to large international localised campaigns across the full channel mix: social, VOD, DOOH, TV and many in between.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Providing office and on-site support to the Content Production team.
The duties of this role will change as projects do, but specific examples of work include:
Purchase order creation, invoice management, finance tracking
Location/Asset research
Sourcing and procuring of props
Supplier briefing and cross quoting
Creation and maintenance of suppliers/crew list and usage trackers
Catering arrangement and management
Deck building
Printing materials for production when required
Travel booking, arrangements and general logistics tasks
Organising couriers and delivering packages
File management, asset organization and downloading
Assist and create PPM decks and shoot paperwork
Quality checking of edits
Manage translation creation
Attending shoots as production support to the team
Assist with post-production tasks, such as logging footage, organising files and quality checking files
Clients:

Understand who our clients are across the agency.
Know who each project is for and have an awareness of what they're trying to achieve.
Know what success looks like for each project.
Commercial:

Follow all internal financial and reporting processes.
Coordinate the team to make sure others follow the correct procedures such as timesheets and financial processes.
Monitor your own workload and ensure any required timesheets are completed for yourself.
Team:

Work collaboratively with others to ensure delivery is at the highest level.
Work within agreed processes and procedures and promote consistency in others
Proactively consider your own performance and development goals.
Requirements
Required Skills / Knowledge
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a production role, who has worked in an agency and has worked on content productions. They should have:

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others
Be a proactive problem solver
A solid understanding of the entire content production process
A good understanding of film making and other moving image techniques
A good understanding of all production documentation
Efficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
