As a Producer at GB News, you will be responsible for daily planning, booking guests, building stories and scripting.

You'd be helping to create, book, and produce our live shows - working alongside a team of talented Producers, Assistant Editors and our star presenters

We are looking for an organised and hardworking Producer who is passionate about news and has a journalistic flair.

The ideal candidate will be able to meet tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations. An understanding of media law, Ofcom and compliance issues is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing scripts, teases and other show content to the highest standards.
Assisting in building compelling news, opinion, and debate content.
Editing video, soundbites and stills for the show.
Building story, guest and show segments using DiNA, our in-house system.
Producing show graphics including straps and full frame graphics.
Booking and briefing guests and contributors.
Researching, reading, and pursuing relevant and compelling content.
