About the Role

iRadio are seeking a talented Multimedia Creator to join our creative team. As a Multimedia Creator, you will be working closely with our team to produce high-end video, visual, textual, and animated content for our website, social media channels and out-of-house promotions.



What you'll do:

Meeting with stakeholders to determine the project scope.
Creating campaign mechanics and concepts and developing those concepts into visually compelling and engaging designs.
Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with content creators, presenters, and software programmers.
Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
Creating visuals that are on brand for iRadio, and in some cases, dual branded for client campaigns.
Creating video content at various Irish festivals, show, events and music gigs.
Shooting high end video both in house, in studio and on various outdoor campaigns and producing cutting edge, dynamic, on-trend engaging videos.


If the following traits sound like you, you might be the right person for the job:

You have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Cut Pro/Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, MS Office suite.
You are familiar with Canva, Giphy and other social media tools, wordpress
You have excellent social media experience - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Photoshop skills are a bonus.
You have an understanding of analytics to judge performance, especially Google Analytics.
You are versatile and can adapt and engage in a dynamic and supportive team environment
A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
You have an excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design and brand principals
You are artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
You have a strong interest in music and entertainment trends for a mainstream audience.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
You must be flexible to work across the BMAI group where required.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
Ideally least three years' experience in a similar role.
Previous experience working in the audio media industry.
Technical ability to edit video, and audio and publish online.
Multimedia experience that includes video.
