Lead Creative Producer

London

You'll take the creative lead in the creative process, from idea inception through to delivery, to ensure we continue to create groundbreaking, entertaining and award winning content.

This includes strategy, ideation, scoping, budgets (with production support), timelines, brand integration, scripting and edit production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Effectively manage a small team of Creative Producers, developing their skills by providing quality feedback and guidance on their ideas and work.
Ensure deadlines are met, and manage our responses to incoming briefs.
Lead and take part in brainstorming sessions, to create content ideas to meet client briefs, and develop creative treatments.
Pull together top quality creative strategy decks and story boards to bring your ideas to life.
Work closely with our Producers on set (and personally directing when you'll add most value) to ensure the creative vision is met.
Share your creative content ideas on a regular basis, including leading creative workshops for the team and wider business, to get everyone buzzing with creative energy and ideas.
Lead on the strategic approach to briefs, and how best we can meet the needs of the client. You will also be responsible for leading many of our pitches to clients.
Having a keen eye for social trends, you'll suggest how we can create original shows around them.
Liaise with the production team prior to a shoot to ensure everyone is briefed and understands what the vision is.
Work with commercial and production to play a key creative role in the presale process, ensuring the feasibility of proposals inc. budgets.
Work closely with editors to ensure that all elements of a production have a clear style and direction.
Advise on how to creatively engage audiences across different platforms.
Take ownership of the quality of the content we produce, driving continual improvement for the highest quality and standards, and having ultimate sign off in the absence of the Head of Creative Strategy.
Bring creative vision to life through the use of video best practices and new ways of video storytelling.
Challenge briefs and strategies where necessary.

SKILLS / BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

Team management experience.
Strong knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, are a must.
You're plugged into Gen Z and Millennial audience trends.
You're experienced in creating great, entertaining social content, and delivering creatively and commercially successful projects. If you have never worked in social content but have worked in TV development then we would consider this as long as there is evidence of a strong knowledge of social content.
You have a deep understanding of the role that video/social content plays in every project.
You have experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment.
You understand how budgets work, scope of work and realistic deliverables.
You're experienced in delivering and managing multiple productions from conception through to delivery ensuring that productions run smoothly, on schedule and to budget.
You're comfortable working across different video formats - original, and social in particular.
Expert knowledge of what social content works best across all platforms.
