Coordination and support of the Broadcast and Draw Teams in the delivery of the live draws from Television Centre.
Acting as a point of contact for queries from internal stakeholders and externally from suppliers and helping to manage and grow awareness of Broadcast Draw Teams across Allwyn UK stakeholders and the wider Allwyn group.
This role reports into the Senior Producer and sits within the Broadcast Team, working in close collaboration across the wider business including Draw Team, Technology, Planning, Studio 59, and Brand & Marketing as well as external suppliers.
To be a general point of contact for Television Centre, looking after any visitors, contractors and arranging food for projects / visitors.
Team Description:
The Broadcast and Draw Teams objective is to deliver live draws across all National Lottery's brands, ensuring the integrity of the live draws and streams is at the core of all they do.
The Broadcast element is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the live stream process and maximizing visibility for TNL draws and games through streaming and broadcast coverage, working with the TNL brands to consult, design and deliver player-facing and entertaining content in line with the TNL visual brand identity.
What you'll be doing
Key Accountabilities or Duties:
* Manage the administration of the Security Department including, but not limited to: raising Purchase Orders, diary management for the team, acting as a point of contact for the Customer Operations team, external suppliers, Workplace Services, Finance, Procurement and the wider Security and Draw Team function
* Manage the department's rotas, (including Duty Broadcast Managers [6-monthly and weekly] and Draw Associates) and associated documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and cover is always available. Communicating changes to the wider team.
* Point of contact for all Duty Broadcast Manager and Draw Associates queries and coordinating onboarding of new members onto the team.
* Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the Television Centre and Clarendon Works streaming studios, ensuring the production facility is in working order. This includes managing pass requests, arranging visitor access, diarising routine and emergency maintenance, and all associated access. This includes a requirement to be onsite to oversee any work as needed.
* Support in the management and tracking of all work for the live draw stream through WorkFront
* Providing support to the Senior Producer for new and day to day business requests (including the production of draw examples and decks). Liaising where necessary with external suppliers
* Writing the weekly draw VO (and others where necessary), sending to VO artist if needed, QA checking and editing for play out in the live draw
* Coordinate events for the wider team (tours of Television Centre, Clarendon Works, Team away days) as needed.
* Managing enquiries on Clip License requests, arranging clearances, releases and PRS music clearances and providing substantiations as necessary
* Providing support to the Senior Producer in managing the annual production budget and Controls testing programe including completing the monthly self assessments for the function
What experience we're looking for
* Good organisational and administrative skills, ideally gained through working in television/video production environment
* Excellent skills in working with MS OneDrive, compiling Excel trackers, Word docs and PowerPoint presentations using all these packages
* Knowledge of broadcast television and online video production processes, live streaming and social media platforms
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Premiere Pro and Audition
* Desirable: Experience editing would be useful (but is not essential)
