We want to hire a Junior MSO who is looking to work as part of an experienced team. We want someone who might not have lots of experience but is willing to listen and to learn. We need someone who is enthusiastic and keen to stretch themselves.

Responsibilities
* Work across all areas of multicamera production, including Vision Mixing/Engineering, Sound, VT Playout, Camera Operating & Autocue
* Work as second gallery operator on live productions, assisting Director/VM, with room to grow in role and lead on complex live productions
* Lead on pre-recorded and simple live productions, Directing/Vision Mixing and running a gallery
* Document systems and processes to ensure show notes are kept up to date and local knowledge is shared throughout the team and with freelance crew
* Work closely with producers, production managers, and stakeholders across the business to ensure briefs are followed and value is added throughout the production

Previous Experience/Knowledge:
* Live production equipment including Ross Routing, Playout & Vision Mixer, SoundCraft Audio Desk, Christie Spyder Video Wall, etc.
* Experience with Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) would be helpful
* Experience in live, multicamera environment and knowledge of workflow
* Desirable, to have experience of working with digital asset management tools and systems.
