Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager

Socialed, a leading social media marketing agency, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and contribute to the development of their brand identity and online presence.

As a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You will work closely with our clients to understand their brand objectives and design creative social media campaigns that effectively communicate their message to their target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating visually compelling content. We are looking for someone who is experienced in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and has a solid understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

Responsibilities

Design visually appealing and on-brand social media graphics, including posts, banners, and promotional materials
Manage and curate the overall look and feel of our clients' social media profiles
Create and schedule engaging social media posts that drive engagement and promote our clients' brand
Collaborate with our clients to develop and execute social media marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and design techniques
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise content and campaigns
Collaborate with our content team to create high-quality written and visual content for social media platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience working as a graphic designer and social media manager
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software
High level video editing skills, preferably DaVinci, but equivalent are acceptable
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices
Excellent visual design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
