Do you have excellent attention to detail?We are looking for a Digital Production Assistant to join our Digital Development team. This dual role requires a hands-on approach to supporting the Digital Development Department with film productions, immersive work, online streaming, managing equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on set and in the kit room.Reporting to the Head of Digital and Broadcast key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and pre-production coordination. • Support on shoots as a Production Assistant and DIT (Digital Imaging Technician). • Oversee the kit room, including checking equipment in and out, restocking consumables, and organizing repairs or updates. • Assist with video production, including editing, grading, archiving, and project delivery. • Handle on-set logistics, including setting up and packing down equipment. • Maintain an up-to-date inventory, ensuring all gear (cameras, lenses, lighting, sound equipment) is accounted for and in working condition. To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and • Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud • Experienced in operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.• Comfortable working on both Mac and PC systems.• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other Office applications.• Strong focus on quality control and accuracy in work.This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon.You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday although, occasional weekend and evening work will be required.Application ProcessAll applications should be made online using the RSC website.
