The Digital department at Columbia is an exciting, fast paced, forward-thinking, front-line department. We are among the very first to hear brand new music and are responsible for managing strategy for artists across social, content and online platforms. It's a busy department, but a very rewarding one, at the centre of every artist campaign - from when they are first signed, to when they are headlining their first arena! We are a close-knit group and work brilliantly as a team, helping each other to achieve our goals and being there to support each other as much as possible. We celebrate each other's successes, and we are there to support when things aren't going as we'd hoped!

You will need to submit examples of your work to be considered for this role.

What you'll do:
Create original, on-trend short form content including memes, videos, edits and fan-first visuals for socials (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Develop fan-facing content strategies tailored to each artist's unique voice and audience
Collaborate with the digital and marketing and analytics teams to create performance-driven assets for A/B testing
Ability to creatively interpret briefs and oversee execution to a high standard
Regularly analyze content performance and use data to improve future creative output
Stay up-to-date on trends in music, pop culture, internet culture, and digital platforms to inform timely content ideation
Translate marketing goals into engaging visual content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion
Help build and manage content timelines for campaigns and releases
Capture content at shoots and events

Who you are:
A real fan - someone who has a deep understanding of fan behaviour and what makes people connect via social content to a broad range of artists
Fluent in short form content
Up to date with cultural touchpoints and a wide knowledge of pop/internet culture generally
Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut etc.
Familiarity with social media analytics and how to use data to inform content strategy
Thorough understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X (including platform-specific trends and best practice)
Ability to work on several projects at once
Confident in feeding back to internal and external stakeholders
