Chuff Reacts and Chuff Footy Reacts are part of a growing YouTube network creating fast-paced, personality-driven reaction content watched by millions of viewers every month.
From hilarious reactions and IRL moments on Chuff Reacts to football-focused reactions on Chuff Footy Reacts, every upload is packed with energy, humour, and personality.
Our channels reach millions of viewers each month, and we're constantly refining pacing, storytelling, and audience retention to improve performance across every video we publish.
We're looking to work with a small pool of talented Video Editors on an Independent Contractor basis.
You'll take raw reaction footage and turn it into dynamic, polished videos that feel authentic, well-paced, and true to the tone and energy of Chuff content.
Our editors play a key role in shaping the pacing, humour, and storytelling that keeps our audience engaged.
You should have a strong instinct for comedic timing and know how to shape reaction footage into moments that feel natural, entertaining, and highly watchable on YouTube.
If you love YouTube, understand what keeps viewers hooked, and enjoy shaping personality-led reaction content into highly watchable videos, this could be the perfect fit.

Next Steps
If this sounds like you, please apply by completing the application form.
As part of the application, we'll ask you to complete two short tasks:
A written edit review, where you'll briefly explain what you would change or improve in a short section of one of our videos. This helps us understand how you think about pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement on YouTube.
A brief to-camera introduction (around 4-6 minutes) answering a few questions we'll provide.
The video doesn't need to be edited or fancy. A simple single take on your phone or webcam is absolutely fine. We're simply looking to get a sense of you, your experience, and how you think about editing and YouTube content.
In total, the application task should take no more than 20-30 minutes to complete.
If shortlisted, the next step will be a video call with the hiring team to talk through the role in more detail and answer any questions.
The final stage will be a paid trial edit project, giving both sides the chance to see how the collaboration works in practice.
For the trial, you'll be asked to edit a full video to a publish-ready standard, similar to what would go live on the channel. You'll receive guidance from our Post-Production team, including an initial call, access to our Editing SOP, and a check-in once the first 2 minutes of the edit are complete so we can provide feedback and align before you continue.
It's also an opportunity for both sides to see whether there's a strong longer-term fit working together on the channel.
