General Responsibilities
Generate 360 degree, award-winning, commercially targeted ideas.
Deliver original, insightful, clear and consistent ideas that may be adapted to suit a raft of media and audiences. You ideas should deliver on-air and online, in print and out in the real world.
Always provoke, connect and deliver for your audience as well as your client.
Communicate the requirements of each brief with a high standard of creativity, storytelling proficiency and written English.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all the requirements of each brief are satisfied.
Maintain good working relationships with the Promotions, Design, Production and Marketing teams to facilitate the production of high quality creative that delivers the desired results, on time and on budget.
Maintain a good knowledge of the evolving capabilities of production and post-production technologies.
Be capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.
Maintain excellent attention to detail.
Keep abreast of current trends in promotions, television, music, cinema and advertising.
Set the standard for less experienced Creatives to follow.
Collaborate with the Creative team on an ad hoc basis to assist in the development and improvement of ideas and scripts across the entire output of the department.

Pitching
Present and win pitches.
Be capable of receiving a creative brief, conceiving and refining an engaging, original response and presenting it to a high standard.
Collaborate throughout each stage of development and presentation with the Creative Director: Promotions, Creative Director: Design, Senior Art Director, and where appropriate, the Group Head of Marketing and Client Services and the Head of Strategy and Off Air Marketing to ensure all the requirements of the brief are met.
Collaborate with and inspire other Creatives, Designers and members of the Post-Production team to assist you in the delivery of your presentation.
Collaborate with the Head of Production and Design Manager to ensure all ideas presented may be executed within the parameters of the proposed budget and timescale.
Demonstrate good taste, sound aesthetic judgment and a high standard of written English in all presentations.
Present your ideas with passion, flair and a degree of spontaneity. Be sensitive to how they are being received and capable of adjusting your delivery accordingly.

Planning, Organisation & Quality Control
Arrive prepared and on time to bookings and meetings. Take responsibility for your bookings. Monitor up-to-the-minute changes in your calendar and Farmers Wife (scheduling software).
Communicate regularly with Production to ensure the smooth running of your project and to provide advance warning of any necessary adjustments to your schedule.
Ensure all scripts are properly labelled, filed and contain all information necessary to complete a music return. Delete obsolete script drafts to avoid confusion.
Ensure you have the required technical skills to operate Final Draft, Farmer's Wife, the MS Office suite of software.
Communicate your training needs to the Creative Director: Promotions.
Complete your timesheets and return to the Production Manager: Facilities by the end of play each Friday.
Whenever possible, assist less experienced Creatives with your knowledge of systems and software.
