Writer (Satire)

London

Writing the main script for a a Satirical piece that will be used as an internal comms video at the opening of a leadership conference for our client. The backdrop is Superheroes, specifically The Avengers.
The premise is to take information from a detailed spreadsheet about the achievements of different divisions within our client's organisation and then portray them in a spoof film trailer.
The purpose of this is to play at the commencement of their annual global leadership summit at the end of the month.

The client has listed out divisions of the company and the leaders of each division. They have then chosen an Avenger's character for each leader.

The idea is to select clips from various films and then overdub new script that's relevant to the divisions achievements. It needs to be clever, amusing and entertaining. The use of stereotypical Male 'voice over man' would also help the script skip along so that it's not just character voices.

That's a very brief summary of the job.

The script needs to be done by the end of the week and the first rough draft draft ideally by Thursday morning so we can take a look at progress. We'd also need you to consider the right clips, as we feel it goes hand in hand with the script writing process but we do have quite a lot of reference links and suggestions in our spreadsheet. Ideally this would suit a comic film fan who can throw their passion into it.
