Reporting to the SVP, the successful candidate will help run IMG Media's tennis business on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring our portfolio of clients are serviced professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day account management of the ATP Media relationship.
Working across the leading men's tennis events around the world including the ATP Masters 1000s, ATP 500s, ATP Cup and ATP Finals ensuring the IMG Media commercial team is fully educated on the portfolio of rights that IMG Media represent on behalf of ATP Media
Working with ATP Media to identify markets, confirm timing and sales strategy, collate and analyse offers- assisting with the contracting and financials, and support ATP Media throughout the broadcast rights sales process
Creating sales support information such as tender documents, deal summary sheets, sales strategy documents
Working with finance to create regular financial documents, forecasting and modelling for clients and internal management
Manage the internal sales process through IMG internal systems to drive finance, legal and technical operations
Coordinating and supporting with other departments at Endeavor including: IMG Arena regarding betting streaming and data products: IMG Studios with production and distribution; and IMG Tennis with events and players
Support rights acquisitions and the renewals of the various relationships IMG Media has within the tennis field

Applicants must have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the sports broadcast landscape. Extensive experience of sports rights distribution within the media industry is essential.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent and full time position based in Chiswick Business Park. Occasional domestic and international travel will be required.
