Our Voiceover Talent Coordinators identify the best voiceover talent globally to help us share this value with the world.Working with our Global Head of Voice, you'll continuously improve our voiceover roster - auditioning diverse talent to add to our international database and extending our unique culture for staff working outside our offices.A natural collaborator, you'll build relationships with new and existing artists and share their insight with our internal teams. From advising Copywriters on how to best convey delivery style in scripts, to coaching voice artists in their vocal performance, you'll demand flawless vocal delivery for every production - allowing us to match each client with a voice artist that represents their location, language and brand values.You'll support the development of commercial rate cards - drawing on your market knowledge to define a competitive offering that attracts the best talent. As we continue to grow, you'll identify voiceovers who can cover the language requirements of our client base, creating a network of foreign voice talent that reflects our truly global reach.What you'll be doing:Taking a hands-on approach to reviewing and adding to our existing voiceover roster - identifying new and diverse talent to better represent our growing global client baseAdvising Producers, Heads of Creative and Account Managers on how to select the most appropriate voiceover for clientsAssisting in casting voiceovers for niche projects and for premium clientsCollaborating with in-house Creative, Sales and Client Care teams to demonstrate the importance of voice to our productionsSharing knowledge across the business to reinforce the power of the voice and the emotive nature of the perfect delivery - ensuring internal teams are able to direct voiceovers using appropriate language to achieve common client goals What you'll need:Experience of building and managing a roster of voiceover talentAwareness of UK and international accents and languagesA detailed understanding of voice recording and audio productionKnowledge of market fees and industry-standard ratesHigh levels of adaptability, with the ability to engage external talent and drive performanceThe confidence to inspire creative talent and sell the benefits of working with PHMGExperience using audio editing/DAW software or Adobe Audition is preferred but not essential What you'll get in return:Performance-based compensationA collaborative, creative culture with access to world-renowned producers and internal expertsSmart pension schemeLife insurance and critical illness coverFree gym membership at PureGymBirthday gifts and time off to celebrateCreative, spacious offices with breakout areas and barFundraising initiatives for our registered charity - the PHMG Foundation
