Job Specification - Fixed Term (3 months) Vision Mixer wanted with a diverse portfolio of credits in studio production. Experience of working in studio production, live events and financial services, or Fintech content is required. Placement is for three months working in the gallery in a studio with a UHD three camera set up and various sets.

We are not looking for entry-level applicants rather an established (5yrs+), and versatile Camera Operator, with creative flair, technical experience and a desire to capture high quality studio content.

Skills Required:
• At least five years' experience in gallery production working with remote callers, graphics, VT play-in.
• Experience shooting live-action content, live events and pre-recorded or live studio content
• Experience with Ross Video switchers preferable
• Basic understanding of audio and lighting control
• A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.
• Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a variety of clients - Preferably showing you have worked with Brands and Corporate Organisations.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring set ups are evenly lit, cameras are racked and framed to match the production guidelines.
• A small team runs the studio, so ability for remote camera control and audio experience is preferred
• Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Liaising directly with various production teams and stakeholders
