With state-of-the-art motion, volumetric and photogrammetry capture alongside real-time virtual production technology, RYOT Studio are driving breakthrough technologies for creative content production, distribution and connectivity at scale.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as a Virtual Production Manager to drive the growth and development of our brand new virtual production studio facility.

This is an initial 6 month contractor role based in our Holborn office, starting Feb 2020.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of each virtual production project from concept to final delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing and production planning.
Work directly with internal teams and clients to identify virtual production use cases and new business opportunities.
Work directly with creative content producers and production teams to translate high-level creative concepts into deliverable virtual productions.
Implement effective and scalable production workflows to ensure projects are consistently delivered on-time and on-budget.
Allocate resources on projects; manage and track cost efficiency.
Manage, track and report all project progress using project management and production tracking tools.
Source, on-board and supervise freelance virtual production staff as required.
Establish, promote and support production best practices to ensure standards of efficiency and quality across all projects.
Represent the Virtual Production Team internally and externally as a virtual production technology and extended reality content ambassador.
Create and maintain documentation of stage-related services for company-wide education on extended reality content creation.

Skillset & Experience

5-7 years experience in Production, Virtual Production, Animation, VFX or Video Game production.
Proficiency with Shotgun, ftrack, or other production tracking or project management software.
Good understanding of on-set roles and decision-making channels.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Highly effective verbal and written communicator; able to build rapport with diverse technical and creative team members as well as executive staff and external partners.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive mentality and creative problem-solving abilities.
Meticulously attentive to detail.
Passionate about virtual production, cutting-edge digital tools, scalable distribution and connectivity and the future of immersive content.
