Videography Manager

London hybrid HYBRID

As Videographer Manager at the QA group of companies, you are responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality video content for digital training and video marketing materials. In this role, the lead videographer manages a team of camera operators, gaffers, sound recordists, and other production crew members, ensuring seamless execution of all video projects. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, scriptwriters, and graphic designers, to develop engaging and effective content.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of camera operators, gaffers, sound recordists, and other production crew members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality video content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, scriptwriters, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective digital training content.
Oversee the entire video production process, from receiving scripts and direction to filming and managing recorded assets.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style for QA and Circus Street's video content, ensuring brand consistency across all projects.
Review and approve all video deliverables, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that revisions are completed as needed.


About you:



Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex video projects from conception to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software.
A good understanding of design and communications across various media production methods (audio/visual)
