Videographer

Wakefield

The videographer is an important member of the TAIT creative services team and is responsible for the capture and editing of video and photographic content for the TAIT group.

As a member of the creative services team, the videographer is expected to be collaborative with team members across the globe and work together to deliver short and long form video content.

Deliverables the videographer will create include on-site project updates, internal executive messaging, project recaps, employee highlights, dynamic social media content, and fabrication process videos. The videographer is responsible for all aspects of video creation including, lighting, audio, capture, editing, colour correction, and motion graphics. The videographer is also responsible for all aspects of photography including lighting, capture, and retouching. All media captured by the videographer will be sorted in a media library and it is the responsibility of the videographer to maintain a high level of detail in file management and tagging.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Capture and edit video content and photographs of employees working.
* Maintain a library of video and still photography content.
* Work with project teams to coordinate the capture of photographic and video content at locations around the world.
* Conduct interviews with clients and TAIT employees to be used in promotional content.
* Coordinate with the Creative Services Manager and Marketing Department a delivery schedule of videos for social media and other online outlets.
* Edit videos of varying lengths and styles including sizzle reels, project recaps, behind the scenes interviews, and company-wide meetings.
* Photo editing and video post-production including colour grading and audio.
* Maintain equipment including lights, cameras, and lenses.

Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 7 years' experience with videography and photography
* Expertise with video and photography post-production
* Expertise with Adobe suite of products for video and photography including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
* High level of verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to present work with clarity
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Full British Drivers License

Preferred Requirements:
* Ability to create stylized motion graphics
* Experience capturing and editing audio
