Due to our ongoing success, we are now looking for a Videographer to join our growing Delivery Team.

This role is pivotal to the successful delivery - on time, on budget - of our Digital Transformation (DTaaS) services to our clients and subsidiary businesses.

At the heart of our evolution is our Customer focus - you will be expected to be working directly with partners and operational teams on a day to day basis using their skills to support business change.

Purpose of the role:

As videographer you will play a major role in the creative team filming and organising features for the business. You will be working alongside the Creative Director, other videographers, and editors to plan and capture content for our exciting platforms. You will be filming both studio and outdoor features with varying subjects which, on occasions, will mean camping out or staying remote.

This is a full time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting creative briefs and guidelines
Self-manage tasks in conjunction with the creative lead and editors
Understanding our target industry and maintaining our brand image
Film videos on set or on location
Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
Plan the shoot with the creative team
Logging footage for editors
Debriefing editors on shoot timeline
Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired
Excellent computer literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills and reasonable fitness and stamina to work long hours
Proficiency with camera equipment
Required Skills and Experience:

3+ Years' experience in a videographer role
Excellent experience using Sony DSLR camera systems
Good understanding of framing and subject position
Passionate about eye-catching film and media
Good working knowledge of Final Cut Pro
Experience using Adobe CC Suite an advantage
Competent with MS365 Office tools
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment that involved working on a variety of projects and with different departments
The ability to understand the requirements of a brief and can follow instructions
Must hold full UK Driving License and willing to travel to our Kent office.
Must be open to staying in remote locations and outdoor living
Experience in the angling industry a bonus.
