This is a new and exciting opportunity for a naturally creative videographer to own and deliver a bold and brilliant visual content marketing plan for an outstanding B2C service provider in a challenging but hugely rewarding sector where lives are changed for the better. Our visual storyteller, you will be able to inspire and engage stakeholders in order to craft content that captures, resonates, differentiates and ultimately builds visibility and trust with our external audience. As a key hire with our small marketing team the role will span all of our online channels and requires excellent communication, organisation and teamwork with an eye always on the forensic performance analytics.Main responsibilitiesSpecification, maintenance and use of all of equipment and softwareManage and deliver an agreed visual content plan that meets our strategic business objectives.Build productive internal and external relationships that give you a unique position of knowledge that celebrates our people and service.Own the whole production process, to include conceptualizing, storyboarding, filming and lighting, editing and all post production and publication.To maximise the channel reach of our content plan as both a provider and employer, creating for Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Email.Work collaboratively in partnership with our content manager, design team and technical resource to produce best in class, innovative content.Report and advise on all video marketing metricsTo keep pace with changes in technology (including Augmented & Virtual Reality) and their own professional development.What's in it for you?£25,000 - £30,000 per annumPeoples PensionCompany benefits & engagement Meaningful work, making a difference to people's livesRequirementsPrevious experience in a role with direct responsibility for all stages of video production with understanding of basic and advanced composition techniques.Proficient with video editing software,( Adobe After Effects or Motion). Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator is helpful.To operate and maintain all levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders and any other production equipment.Able to work independently, with pace, creativity and diligence to deadlines.Commercial acumen, know your performance metrics and how to improve themUnderstand the basics of CMS, social media platforms and content promotion through these channels.
