Videographer, Social Media Team

London

We are currently recruiting for an in-house videographer / video editor to join our European Social Media team to help expand our EU digital presence. This newly created role reports into our EU Social Media Manager and will work closely with internal departments across Stores and Head Office office teams across Europe, but be based in our London office.

This is an opportunity for someone with previous experience in video content from ideation through to editing. The purpose of this role is to develop UNIQLO Europe's digital and in-store video output in order to maximise engagement with our customers, and to plan and execute best-in-class video content campaigns.

What you will be responsible for:
* Ideation and creation of video content for the @uniqloeurope social media portfolio including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tik-Tok account along with other digital channels.
* Liaise with social media manager and coordinator to build coherent, engaging content for the EU social media channels, along with other digital output and in-store screens.
* Videography management on content creation shoots, this will include logistics, locations, equipment and of course the filming/lighting of content.
* Editing for all in-house filmed content in multiple formats across the business, for in-store, HR and digital platforms.

Skills, Experience and Attributes:
* Proven track record of videography either in-house/agency or freelance portfolio is essential
* Experience in demonstrating creative ideation, narrative led campaigns as well as a strong knowledge of the social media landscape.
* Advanced editing skills
* Animation skills would be desirable but not essential.
* Be able to shoot on both camera and phone, and show strong examples of previous work in both formats
* Regular travel is essential to this role as we will be creating video content, across the EU including new store openings, on location shoots and support for campaign and magazine video content when required.
* Be curious; always seeking new ways to improve and optimise, trying new things and not being afraid to fail in the pursuit of excellence.
* Natural ability to connect with people, working cross-functionally across many departments and EU markets
* Loves UNIQLO inside and out and works in line with the company principles and policies.
* Be an advocate of LifeWear and have a desire to increase the brand awareness across EU
* Besides being fluent in English, any other EU language skills would be appreciated
