The Job:

With the continued growth of our services at this client site and the increase of complex digital projects and the growing demand for Photo and Video work, along with the need to deliver innovative and exceptional service; the account is looking for an individual who can assist with Photography, videography, editing, retouching, motion graphics, and delivering creative media, as well as content such as Podcasts and video to our onsite clients.

Reporting into the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for setting up this new service line and will have overall receptibility for the creative production of video and photographic content

Regular communication with clients, as well as close collaboration with your creative colleagues. Working together bringing a breadth of creativity and innovation to the team.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the relevant support teams. Ability to win client work and continue to grow your services

The Experience:

* Excellent videography shooting and editing skills
* Ability to pre-plan and capture shoots
* Confident instructing people especially when on set to produce the perfect content
* Experience in shooting composing and planning photography and video shoots
* Capable of editing to a high standard with the ability to plan, execute and direct as needed to achieve our clients desired outcomes
* The ability to storyboard and use initiative to make compelling content for client projects
* Colour grading and creative use of typography and effects
* Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere
* Able to work with Creative Cloud software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign

Personal attributes

* A very good understanding of customer service with excellent client focus
* A friendly and helpful approach with both clients and colleagues is a must
* Experience of working in a corporate culture is a plus
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Strong service mentality; commitment to service excellence is essential
* Empathetic to client pressures and understanding of industry demands
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills
* Adaptable, flexible attitude
* Ability to work as a team, supporting your colleagues

The Package:

In return the Videographer will receive a salary of £40,000 and benefits which includes Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance/Life Assurance, Company Pension, Corporate Eye Care, Personal Accident and Company Sick Pay.
